Cancel an Order

It may be possible to cancel or modify your order, depending on the status. If your order has not yet been shipped, please email us to request a change or cancellation. Please note that orders are usually shipped within one business day. You can check if your order has been shipped by clicking track order. If your order has already been shipped, please see our return policy.

Return Policy

We do understand that choosing the right product can be difficult. If you are dissatisfied with your purchase for any reason, return it in good condition postpaid within 30 days and we will provide an exchange or credit equal to the value of the product. (Shipping costs are not refundable)

Delivery

Typically items are shipped no later than one business day after a order is received. We deliver to the address you provide when ordering. You have the option to tell us about any special delivery needs and we try our best to accommodate any shipping requirements.
